Get scouted.
We read every application ourselves — no algorithm, no agency portal. If we think there is something there, you will hear from a person within three weeks. If we do not, you will still get a reply.
What we look for
Less a checklist than a feeling — but here is the honest version.
- Women: typically 173 cm+ for runway and editorial; commercial is open
- Men: typically 183 cm+ for runway and tailoring; commercial is open
- New Faces: 16+ (under 18 needs a parent or guardian on the application)
- Classic & commercial divisions have no height requirement at all
- No experience needed — most of our board started with phone photos
Height guidance is exactly that: guidance. If you are outside it and you think we should see you anyway, apply. We have signed people who were.
Photographs
Send digitals, not a portfolio.
We would rather see you as you actually are. Four photos, taken on a phone, beat a retouched shoot every time — and they cost you nothing.
Do send
Face straight on · face in profile · full length front · full length side. Natural daylight, plain wall, hair down and off the face, no make-up, fitted clothing, no filters.
Do not send
Group shots, heavy edits, sunglasses, or anything you would not be comfortable with a stranger seeing. Never send nude or partially nude images to any agency, including us.
Link your photos from Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or your Instagram — please do not attach large files.
The process
What happens after you hit send.
We read it
Every application is reviewed by our scouting team. You will get a reply either way, usually within three weeks.
We meet
A call or a coffee — never a paid appointment. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian comes too. We will answer every question you have about how the money works.
We test
A test shoot at our cost to build the first book, then a contract in plain English. You keep the images. Nothing to pay, at any stage.
