About
Small on purpose.
Viscosa Collective was founded in 2019 on a simple frustration: agencies had become databases. Hundreds of names on a board, a handful of them actually being worked. We decided to cap the board instead and represent fewer people properly.
The idea
Representation should feel like representation.
Every model on our board has a named agent who knows their diary, their rates, the jobs they will not take and where they want to be in three years. That is not a service level — it is the minimum condition for doing this job honestly.
It also makes us better for clients. When an agent knows their models properly, a shortlist of four is more useful than a package of forty.
What we hold to
Four things we will not trade.
No fees to be represented
We never charge a model to join the board, to be scouted, or for a portfolio. We earn a commission on work we book. Anyone in this industry who asks you to pay upfront is not an agency.
Nudity is opt-in, in writing
Limits are recorded before a model is optioned and shared with the client at shortlist stage. Nothing is negotiated on set, and no one is asked to reconsider on the day.
Under-18s are managed differently
Guardian consent, chaperones, restricted hours and no adult-oriented briefs. New Faces under eighteen work to a separate protocol and school comes first.
Plain-English contracts
Usage, territory, term and rate on one page, in language a person can read without a lawyer. Payment to the model within 30 days of client settlement.
The team
Who you will actually be speaking to.
Elena Marchetti

Fifteen years agency-side in Milan and London. Elena books the women's board and takes every scouting call herself.
Joseph Oyelaran

Hana Castellane
New Faces & Development
